Western Shore

There’s a quiet serenity to a sunset over the ocean, a reminder that we are connected to something bigger and more beautiful than ourselves. This particular sunset was captured at Ridley’s Landing, Maine, a place where my family has lived for generations. A fun fact about sunsets: they often produce red light spectrums, which help you regulate your circadian rhythm—which helps you to sleep! So, get out there and watch the sunset—it’s nature’s gift to us.
